Nonna’s meatballs OMG! Nothing like it. And the freo octopus, Madonna!!! We had the Grazielle pizza and it was perfection. Best food on the other side of the cappuccino strip. New fave place to eat in Freo! Do yourselves a favour and GO!

Easily the best Italian food I’ve had in a year across different cities in Australia. Service and settings excellent and also prices were great. 100% recommend. Starters, mains and desserts all 10/10. Will return.

An absolute delight from start to finish! The cocktails were delicious and the perfect way to kick off the meal. The antipasti were full of flavor and beautifully presented. I tried both the pizza and the pasta , both were incredibly tasty, generous, and satisfying. The service was excellent: friendly and attentive. The warm, inviting atmosphere made the whole experience even better.

Incredible Italian restaurant! The warm, cozy interior, beautiful decor and fire place made this dining experience special. We sat right next to the fire which was perfect for a cold winter night. The $25 lasagna wagyu special was delicious! The 4 cheese gnocchi was the best I’ve had at any restaurant. Each bite you could taste a different cheese. I recommend the crispy potatoes as an entree. We will definitely be coming back here again!

The pizza was delicious, with a perfectly baked base and amazing flavor. The atmosphere is relaxed and the service super friendly, perfect for a laid-back meal. Definitely a place I’d come back again. 🍕

The closest I’ve been to eating pizza when I was in Italy! These guys are legit 👌but don’t just get their pizzas no doubt that pasta is handmade with the same love Nonna puts into her pasta dishes 🤤 We will be back!

Nonna's Pizzeria Cucina is a culinary gem in the heart of South of Perth. My recent visit was exceptional, leaving me convinced that I've tasted one of the best pizzas not just in Australia, but even compared to many renowned Italian pizzerias. The pasta was a delightful surprise, perfectly al dente and rich with authentic flavors reminiscent of Italian tradition. The true masterpiece, however, was the tiramisu, which proved to be one of tohe most exquisite I've ever tasted. Nonna's is a must-visit for anyone who, like me, considers pizza an essential part of their diet. I sincerely thank the entire staff for their excellent service and the passion with which they create every dish.

We happened to stumble upon this place on a Friday night. The waiter was very accommodating even though we didn't have a booking, we were sat at the bar until a table was available. Great wine selection, and their cocktails were beautifully made. We couldn't fault the entrees, but the highlight of the night were the pizzas. The dough was next level, the servings generous. My husband was an award winning chef, It's not very often we eat at places that make us stop at every dish... This is one of those places. They do what Italians do best. Clean and simple flavours that compliment the dish perfectly and feels wholesome down to your bones. We cannot wait to go back. We would recommend a reservation also, but if they can fit you in, they will.

We couldn’t wait until the end of the meal to share our excitement! These pizzas are definitely in our top 3 in Australia. The quality of the ingredients is undeniable, the seasoning is perfectly balanced, and the dough… absolutely delicious! It’s a true success from start to finish, and we’ll definitely be back. A real treat!
